Waybridge Housing Solutions provide services to all with health and social care needs, we accept referrals from local authorities, voluntary organisations, hospitals and from individuals.

All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process ofattaining a QCF certificate (formerly NVQ) in Health and Social Care.
Our services range from help with cleaning and other domestic tasks, shopping meal preparation, getting out and about and being part of the local community, to all aspects of personal care. This might include assistance with washing, bathing and dressing or medication. It might be simply sitting and providing companionship and company.

Domiciliary Care
As well as offering our full support to you, we also encourage and promote independence where possible, so that you are able to continue living a full and content life. Everyday tasks such as bathing and dressing come naturally to most, but can be a daily struggle for some.
Home Care
Home Care can be an important factor in living a full and enriched life in later years or for vulnerable adults. But, if you need a little extra help around the house or with other chores, then our Home care (Domestic Care service) could be just right for you.
Palliative Care & Support
For people with life-limiting conditions, having the choice of being treated at home is so important.
It allows us to promote a high level of wellbeing and independence for our clients, helping them to live as actively as possible for as long as possible, whilst also providing a relaxed and stress-free environment for all.
24-hour Live-in Care
Having a live-in carer means that our clients can continue to enjoy life on their own terms. Live-in care is an increasingly popular alternative to residential care, as it allows your loved one to keep control of their life.
Supported Living
Our supported living services provide innovative and person-centred support enabling people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illnesses and challenging behaviours to live as independently as possible within their own homes and in the local community.
